Penelope Grace: Are her Powers Impossible?

Today is the release of the new edition of my latest novel, A Penny Lost with a brand new cover! If you haven’t yet purchased the book, you can find it here. If you’ve already bought and read the first of the Penelope Grace trilogy, you might be wondering if Penny’s powers are really possible. What do her powers even consist of? Or, perhaps, you never even considered it a realistic ability at all, placing Penny and her powers with the realm of impossible superheroes. You might be surprised to find that not only are Penny’s abilities possible, they’re not particularly unique.

Just like everyone is born with a body, everyone is also born with a soul. Define soul however you will because with our limited scientific can’t give a specific answer but most people agree that it’s energy. An energy that everyone shares. Emotions have literal colors and representations. The spirit has vital organs also known as chakras and our aura. What makes Penny special is her complete acceptance of her intuition and the existence of this energy force. I can’t even claim she has a concrete understanding of these energies since she has little to no actual education in the spiritual workings. What she has is a strong spiritual sight and faith in the impressions she receives.

There are other characters in the book who have a better understanding of our inner energetic workings. Namely, Shreya Noble. For those of you who haven’t gotten a chance to read the series yet, Shreya has had… an unusual childhood and, at the young age of 16, already received a full, practical education in energetic work not only for her own spiritual health but for practical survival.

Now, since I’m busy being a boring adult all the time, Shreya Noble has agreed to write some of my bi-weekly blog posts. She’ll use these opportunities to expound on the frequently ignored but highly effective energetic world all around us. She’ll discuss tips on how to gain a strong spiritual eye to see and connect to the energies around you. Shreya even offered to record some basic (not to mention quite fun) meditations which can you do quickly and easily from the comfort of your home. Side effects of completing these meditations include self confidence, letting go of stale emotions, and getting to know yourself at a complete, spiritual level, even to the point of becoming the superhero in your own story. Subscribe today to receive notifications and the latest in meditation tips.
